PerfectDrop X Privacy Policy

Information PerfectDrop X handles

PerfectDrop X does not require a Climb Higher Co. account and does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, or payment-card details. The game stores settings, scores, virtual currency, unlocks, purchases, and gameplay progress on your device. If iCloud is available, selected progress may sync through Apple’s iCloud key-value storage so it can remain available on your Apple devices.

When you contact us for help, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message, such as your device model, iOS version, app version, screenshots, and a description of the problem.

Advertising and consent

PerfectDrop X uses Google AdMob to provide rewarded and interstitial advertisements. Google and participating advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from an IP address, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and related device data to deliver, limit, secure, measure, and improve advertisements. The exact use of this information depends on your region, device settings, and consent choices.

Where required, the game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent or present privacy choices before ads are requested. You may revisit available choices using Privacy Choices in the game’s Settings. Google’s practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

Apple services, purchases, and Game Center

Apple processes App Store purchases and restoration of purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card information. If you use Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center identity, leaderboard scores, achievements, and related activity. iCloud synchronization, Game Center, and StoreKit are governed by Apple’s privacy practices and your Apple account settings. How information is used

Information is used to operate gameplay, save progress and entitlements, deliver optional ad rewards, show advertisements at appropriate breaks, submit Game Center scores and achievements, diagnose problems, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to support and privacy requests, and improve the stability and experience of PerfectDrop X.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your contact information. Information may be processed by Apple, Google, and their service providers as described above. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, enforce our rights, investigate fraud or security issues, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and security

Local game data remains on your device until it is changed, reset, or the app and its data are removed. Synced progress and Game Center information are retained according to your Apple account and Apple’s policies. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is entirely secure.

Children

PerfectDrop X is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can manage applicable ad choices inside the game, change Apple privacy and Game Center settings, decline optional rewarded ads, or remove the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about certain personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To submit a request, email privacy@climbhighercompany.com. We may need to verify your request before completing it.

International processing

Apple, Google, and their providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. These providers maintain their own measures for lawful international transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when PerfectDrop X, applicable law, or our service providers change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is posted.
